Whitsel Custom Homes is a general contracting business that specializes in new home construction. We build in and around the Hastings Nebraska area. The houses that we build range from starter homes to luxury homes and we give every home the special attention it deserves. Whitsel Custom Homes is a small company and most of our jobs originate from referrals or word of mouth. Earl Whitsel is the builder and coordinates and supervises all aspects of the construction process. Earl has 30+ years experience as a builder.
As the general contractor we frame the house, install windows, siding, tile, cabinets,
finish trim and the concrete work. Some of the work we hire subcontractors for includes foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating and air, painting, roofing, brick, stone work, sheet rock installation and finish, installation of carpets, and guttering. We hire only experienced and qualified licensed professionals. We also use only quality long-lasting building materials. We never cut corners at our customers' expense.
